We work closely with our clients to understand the project's needs, and create a list of features desired in the project.

Once all the information is collected, we work on a conceptual design with a full presentation of the concept drawings. We will then continue to make the needed changes and additions until the client is completely satisfied.

We then apply and acquire the needed permits from the city.

​

Once the permits have been issued, we continue to work closely with both the client and the construction department and builder to assist in the process and ensure details are executed as planned.
